The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of cultural Basel. It is conveniently close to trams and within walking distance to art shows, bars, and all the major attractions. The staff is exceptional, providing excellent service and going above and beyond for their guests. The breakfast at the gorgeous brasserie is delicious and the tea/coffee bar on each floor adds a unique touch. the hotel offers a comfortable and cozy stay with its spacious rooms and comfy beds.
One downside is that the noise level in some rooms can be a bit high, due to the nearby bars and restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic - so convenient and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff were exceptional, especially the gentleman who worked in the evenings. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcomed and safe. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved the unique touch of having two duvets. The hotel also provided a tea/coffee bar on every floor, which was such a nice bonus. It really added value to our stay. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our experience here top-notch. We would definitely come back and stay here again.
